Bagel Chef Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of COGS, labor, inventory, sales, and restaurant profitability
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial results and drive operational improvements
• Excellent organizational leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in bakery, bagel, café, or fast-casual concepts

Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, setting the pace, energy, and culture for your team
• Monitor and manage all production, service, cleanliness, people, and financial outcomes
• Directly coach, train, and develop team members and build a strong internal leadership pipeline
• Ensure exceptional bagel quality and maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
• Own and report on P&L, controlling cost of goods, labor, inventory, and waste
• Deliver remarkable hospitality, engaging guests and representing the company in the local community
• Support and execute catering, local marketing, and neighborhood outreach initiatives
