Travel We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

for a

13-week contract assignment

in an outpatient setting. The PT will provide high-quality physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence. Approximately

20% of visits may take place in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) , so candidates must be comfortable providing therapy across multiple settings. The ideal candidate will have recent outpatient and

homecare/home-based experience , along with previous travel therapy experience. Assignment Details

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions Provide therapy services in the outpatient setting and Assisted Living Facilities as assigned Utilize homecare/home-based experience to effectively evaluate and treat patients in different environments Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation using
