Sanford Oaks Animal Clinic is seeking a motivated and reliable Veterinary Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, patient-focused professional who enjoys a collaborative clinical environment and values high-quality care.
Position Overview
Primary responsibilities for this role will focus on assisting in the clinical setting, with cross-training provided to support the reception area as needed. This position plays a vital role in supporting veterinarians and technicians throughout daily operations and patient care.

This is a Part-Time position, Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-6pm and rotating Saturdays from 8:30am-12pm.

Full-Time Benefits and Compensation **
  • Compensation: $18 - $22/hour, for each hour worked*
  • Bonus Package: Up to$2,000, based on experience & licensure
  • CE Allowance: $500 for first year & $1000 every year following (for LVTs)

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:
  • 3+ years of veterinary technician or veterinary assistant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of clinical assisting duties and patient handling
  • Comfort and confidence with laboratory collection, surgery prep, and anesthesia monitoring
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
