Patriot Conceptions is looking for qualified women in California and Nevada who are interested in becoming
gestational surrogates.
Surrogates can earn up to $120K+ in total compensation and benefits, depending on experience, location,
insurance, and journey details. Our team guides surrogates through the process from initial screening and
matching through pregnancy, delivery, and post-journey support.
Key qualifications:
● Age 21–37
● At least one prior healthy pregnancy and live birth
● BMI under 32
● Non-smoker with a stable lifestyle
● Able to complete medical and psychological
● U.S. citizen
