Hiring Bonus: $1000 after successful completion of 120 days and an acceptable attendance record

ABW is looking for intermediate and experienced welders, who are motivated and take pride in producing quality fabricated parts and meeting or exceeding customer requirements and schedules.

Welder candidates must be able to read and understand shop drawings. They will be required to fit and weld components in accordance with weld procedures accounting for weld shrinkage with minimal supervision. All fit-up and welds are inspected by in-house and/or customer CWI's. ABW administers in-house testing and certification. In addition to welder qualification testing, Welders will be evaluated on their ability to read and understand drawings, tolerances, and welding procedures.

Benefits include health, dental, vision and voluntary benefits. 2 weeks of PTO per year to start.

Up to $500 per quarter attendance bonus!

Day shift: Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm. Overtime as required.
