Access Health Care Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our vibrant clinical team in Sacramento, California. This full-time, onsite role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from various conditions. The PTA will work closely under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Work Environment
This position is based at a hospital in Sacramento, California, where our dedicated team collaborates to provide exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. The work schedule is structured Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although flexibility may occasionally be required to meet patient needs and support clinic operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in executing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional capability.
- Engage patients directly through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and functional activities, actively promoting their physical well-being and pain relief.
- Educate patients on body mechanics and the proper execution of exercises, ensuring understanding for home-based programs to aid in recovery.
- Administer therapeutic modalities under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including but not limited to electrical stimulation and heat/cold therapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking vital metrics such as range of motion and strength improvements.
- Prepare and organize treatment areas and ensure that all equipment and therapeutic supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to enhance patient care and treatment efficacy.
- Provide emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and motivating rehabilitation environment.
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting their rights.

Qualifications
- An Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is mandatory.

- Proficient in executing therapeutic exercises and interventions under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
