Observation Unit Manager

Job Description

The Observation Unit Manager reports to the Director and is responsible for staffing, planning and development for the Observation Unit. Provides leadership, guidance, professional development and assistance to Observation Unit staff.  Collaborates with Medical Staff and other departments to ensure safe, quality, and compassionate care for positive patient outcomes.


Requirement: Active RN in the State of IL, BSN

BSN (Required)ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 90 Days of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, Basic Trauma Life Support Certification - Sarah Bush Lincoln, BLS or CPR certification (within 90 days of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, PALS (within 1 year of hire) - Sarah Bush Lincoln, RN-Registered Nurse - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation

Compensation

Estimated Compensation Range

$104,145.60 - $161,428.80

Pay based on experience

Eligible for participation in Management Incentive Compensation Program.
