Order Picker

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Order Picker to join their team. As a Order Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Romeoville, IL

Pay Rate: $18.80 - $20.80

Shifts:

1st 6am-2:30pm Monday - Friday
2nd 3pm-11:30pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Picking orders accurately to ensure correct product selection
• Preparing shipments for delivery to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety protocols and procedures
• Assisting team members as needed to meet daily goals

What's Needed?

• Picking with RF scanner experience required
• Packing experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Background check - Criminal - Local
