Minimum Requirements

Board Certified in Internal Medicine

M.D. or D.O., required

Geriatrics fellowship or advanced degrees (MPH, MBA, JD), preferred

Active Florida license upon start date

Minimum 5 years clinical experience

Documented leadership experience with oversight and mentoring providers

Strong value-based care background
