Registered Nurse

Sabal Palms Health and Rehabilitation in Clearwater, FL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled clinical care for residents in our skilled nursing and rehab center. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, oversee wound care, and monitor changes in condition. You will coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families, supervise CNAs, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. RNs support restorative and rehab goals while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort in a resident-centered, team-based environment focused on quality of life and recovery.
