What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will serve as a trusted technical expert for our residential customers, delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Perform expert diagnostic, service, and repair work—including leak detection, drain clearing, fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and water heater servicing.

• Guide Customers: Clearly communicate finding, options, and preventative maintenance tips to customers, helping them make confident decisions.

• Maintain Quality & Safety: Ensure all installations and repairs strictly follow local plumbing codes, safety guidelines, and company quality standards.

• Manage Calls Efficiently: Work independently out of a fully stocked company vehicle while delivering clean, efficient, and professional service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience (Journeyman license strongly preferred).

• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of residential plumbing systems, tools, diagnostics, and local codes.

• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

• Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a 5-star customer experience.
