A well-established, mission-driven health system on California's Central Coast is seeking a
Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join its growing Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while serving a diverse community with outstanding clinical support and exceptional work-life balance.
Position Highlights 100% outpatient Family Medicine 4-day workweek (4x10 schedule) No call Care for patients of all ages Established practice with immediate patient volume Base salary: $146,000-167,000 + productivity incentives Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider Collaborative team of Family Medicine physicians, APPs, and Pediatrics NHSC Student Loan Repayment eligible site
Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage provided 401(k) with employer contribution 17 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 8 paid holidays $2,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days
