Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Stellar Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support residents in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver high-quality, resident-centered OT interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supporting evaluations, documenting progress, and promoting independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate with nursing and care teams, educate families, and contribute to a supportive community focused on dignity, safety, and personal growth.
