Travel Job Summary:

Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health in a daytime setting. This role involves developing and implementing treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions in a home health environment. The position emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and individualized patient care, contributing to the overall wellbeing of community members receiving in-home therapy services.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OTD)

required; license in all applicable states of practice

required; valid Driver's License

required; CPR or BLS certification from approved vendor

required; at least 21 years of age

required; 1 year of experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience is preferable but not required; familiarity with HCHB and EPIC clinical systems is beneficial

Additional Information: Performs evaluations, establishes individualized treatment plans, and provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques. Completes clinical documentation accurately and within deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants and performs other relevant duties as assigned. All associates are required to receive necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment, in accordance with organizational policies.
