Full job description

Production / Warehouse Associate

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Morning shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM
  • Evening Shift: 4:00PM–12:30AM

We’re hiring dependable, hardworking Production / Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. If you’re safety-focused, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety rules and procedures
  • Keep production areas clean and free of debris
  • Feed materials/items onto equipment for processing
  • Load and unload machines
  • Follow work instructions and complete assigned tasks
  • Close caps and assemble small boxes
  • Perform general warehouse and production duties
  • Assist team members and departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable with a good work and attendance record
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Able to work in dusty, noisy, or varying temperature conditions while wearing required PPE
  • Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, nights, and occasional weekends
