Job Details

A highly regarded Dallas law firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate attorney to join it's strong litigation group. The firm offers a clear path to partnership, strong mentorship, and sophisticated clients!

What you will be doing:

• drafting complex litigation related documents
• legal research
• litigation strategy including client correspondence
• arguing motions and conducting and defending depositions

A little bit about you:

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 3+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Training from a recognized national or global law firm
