As a Food Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing and packaging high-quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety. Location: Hanover, PA
Schedule: 7am - 7pm, working 4 days on & 4 days off OR
7pm - 7am, working 4 days on & 4 days off
Pay Rate: $18.60/h

Responsibilities

• Inspect food products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove defective products and materials as needed
• Package, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Safely operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement
• Support production lines to maintain efficient operations
• Clean equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Assist with cross-training and other production-related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
