Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Call is required, including 1 weekend per month and 1 to 2 days per week, for a total of usually 8 to 9 days per month.

Special Requests: All RTO must be included at submission; RTO will not be approved after submission.

Floating Requirements: Travelers are first to float and may float to other sister campuses as well.
