Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based OT services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients in restoring independence in daily activities. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will provide patient- and family-centered education, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes and professional growth.
