Team Collaboration:
Join a team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director at a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU.
The team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.
The importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors is a priority- the team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry.
Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not required to do procedures.
