Perfusionist

In this vital role, you will operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass, ECMO, and other extracorporeal support systems during cardiac and thoracic procedures, ensuring optimal oxygenation, perfusion, and temperature management. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff in a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, and accountability. Responsibilities include equipment setup and troubleshooting, blood conservation techniques, detailed clinical documentation, participation in an on-call rotation, and adherence to rigorous safety and infection-control standards.
