As a critical care nurse in this dynamic setting, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to neuro and trauma patients. This 12-bed unit offers a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring you have the support needed to deliver top-notch care. You will also have the opportunity to float to various units, including Cardiovascular, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, and Med Surg, broadening your experience and skill set. Provide comprehensive care for patients with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains Utilize EPIC charting for accurate and efficient patient documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adapt to various units as needed, maintaining high standards of care Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of acute critical care experience Level II trauma critical care experience required Current CA RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Previous traveler experience required Need 2 years experience in setting
