What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with account leads to plan, execute, evaluate and report on sustained corporate reputation programs

  • Build institutional knowledge and develop competitive intelligence to support  client assignments

  • Work with teams to coordinate and project manage integrated reputation programs – including media relations, influencer, executive positioning, digital, creative and analytics

  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of a broad base of industries and business trends to effectively strategize and manage outreach

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of relevant stakeholders for your clients including media (producers, reporters, especially at top tier business publications), thought leaders, influencers, analysts, regulators and other audiences. 

  • Draft strategic communications and media relations materials, including key messaging, executive talk tracks, news releases, fact sheets and other in conjunction with account teams

  • Monitor client industry, competition and coverage; develop actionable strategies from learnings

  • Prepare media updates for client meetings and conference calls

 
 

What You Have:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in PR or journalism, preferably in the financial services, professional services or tech industry

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with financial, business and tech media as well as other key industry influencers

  • Experience securing coverage in both traditional, online and social media is a must

  • Excellent writing, communication and editorial skills

  • Experience developing and executing effective media relations strategies in PR campaigns in the pre-launch, launch and post-launching timing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and media monitoring, tracking and reporting tools

  • Proficiency in AI, including Claude and/or Microsoft Pilot or ChatGPT.

$70,000 - 80,000



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
