OT Therapy Team Lead

Encompass Health seeks an OT Therapy Team Lead to guide occupational therapy services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will manage daily caseloads, mentor OTs and OTAs, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment plans that support functional recovery after illness or injury. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary care planning, documentation oversight, clinical program development, and participation in performance improvement. You’ll model Encompass Health’s patient-centered values while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment that supports staff development and excellent patient outcomes.
