Breast Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. In this role, you will perform diagnostic breast sonography, assist with image-guided biopsies and interventional procedures, and ensure accurate documentation in support of early detection and treatment. You will verify orders, obtain relevant patient history, and educate patients with compassion and clarity. The Breast Sonographer upholds all safety, infection control, and quality standards, maintains ultrasound equipment, and coordinates care with radiologists, nurses, and technologists across Wellstar’s integrated health system.
