Full job description

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Falmouth, VA. VA license preferred.

  • Candidate should be flexible with a mix of 8‘s, 10‘s and 12‘s.

  • Call Type:In-House.

  • Practice Settings: Inpatient.

  • Opportunity for 14‘s are limited but possible.

  • Must be willing to work Sun-Sat work week and willing to take call 1 X every 8 weeks. FTEs not 1 week here or there. 4 weeks a month. Full time. No hearts required. Healthy peds only, thoracic a must.

  • Types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic.

  • Required Specialty Skills: General Anesthesia, Adult, Pediatric, Trauma, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional, Anesthesia Surgery, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical cases, Head, Spine, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Transforaminal, Lumbar, Cervical, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line placement, PA Catheter placement, CRNA supervision.

  • Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS.

  • EMR: Epic.

  • Level 2 Trauma.

  • Licensed in VA only.

  • Credentialing: 90 days.

  • $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

  • $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
