Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate diagnoses across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will coordinate workflow, mentor sonographers, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. Working in our collaborative, patient-focused environment, you will partner with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams, contribute to process improvements, and support continuous learning to advance patient-centered, community-focused care.
