Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $1940 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• BS completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with vents, high-flow nasal cannula, and heated high flow.

Preferred Skills/Experience: NICU training is preferred but not required.

Required Credentials: EKG exam is not required.

Unit Details: Patient population ranges from neonates through geriatrics. Uses 980 vents. Respiratory therapists are responsible for both nebulized and other inhaled medications.

Shift & Scheduling: Nights will rotate each week, every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Assignments are based on points and vary with volume and staffing; clinicians may work on multiple floors depending on workload. Potential assignment areas include the ER, ICU, CVICU, step-down unit, and regular Med-Surg floors. An ideal assignment is 40-50 units.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required for submission
