Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, conveyors, gearboxes, and utilities equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
Support production operations by ensuring all equipment is running safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to execute maintenance projects and process improvements.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records.
Assist in equipment installations, rebuilds, and construction projects as needed.
Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drives, conveyors, and utilities.
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (480V, motors, sensors, PLC familiarity a plus).
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Proficient with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred.
Must be able to pass respirator testing and adhere to safety protocols.
Preferred Experience
Experience in glass, steel, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
Exposure to combustion systems, silos, weighing systems, or material handling equipment.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance scheduling.
