OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

VNS Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, home-based care throughout New York City. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance patients’ safety, independence, and quality of life. You will perform ADL/IADL training, home safety assessments, and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
