Why TrueAccord?
TrueAccord, a wholly owned subsidiary of TrueML, is a category-defining company. We combine machine learning with a human-based approach to transform debt resolution and to get people on the path towards financial health. Every year, more than 70 million Americans have negative experiences dealing with debt. We are changing this by providing personalized digital experiences that guide lenders and consumers through this challenging financial process.
With a world-class leadership team, passionate team members, and proprietary predictive models trained on years worth of transactional data, TrueAccord is well-positioned to deliver on a huge opportunity: helping millions of consumers to regain and keep their financial footing while lowering the cost of doing business for creditors across many industries.
About This Role:
We are looking for a data-driven, highly organized Account Servicing Specialist to join our dynamic, hyper-growth team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring exceptional accuracy in data entry, account analysis, and administrative workflows. Your critical goals will be to independently solve problems, eliminate data defects, and maintain a near-flawless processing rate to support both internal and external clients.
What You'll Do:
Own Data Integrity: Log critical information, identify data defects within source documents, and triage discrepancies swiftly to ensure everything matches up perfectly.
Manage Workflows & Triage: Navigate multiple internal and external systems simultaneously to resolve inventory balances, locate missing transactions, and fix file-processing exceptions.
Drive Compliance & Accuracy: Execute precise payment processing while maintaining an error rate below 1%, and run internal audit procedures as directed by leadership.
Support Client Success: Serve as a reliable point of contact by handling department correspondence, processing client reports, and delivering timely, compliant responses to internal and external requests.
Handle Sensitive Information: Safely and professionally manage materials containing highly sensitive and confidential data in accordance with our strict policies and procedures.
Who You Are:
An Experienced Professional: You have at least 1 year of experience in a multi-faceted work environment. Background in back-office operations, accounts receivable, or reconciliation processes (in banking, accounting, healthcare, or back office) is highly preferred.
An Excel & Tech Whiz: You possess strong Excel skills and are highly proficient with Google applications. Experience with broader data analysis and reporting is a major plus.
Systematic & Detail-Oriented: You are extremely organized and accurate by nature, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
A Strong Communicator & Teammate: You are a business-minded professional who thrives in a team environment and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Reliable & Present: You have strong interpersonal skills and understand that regular, timely onsite attendance is essential to making this collaborative role a success. (Note: A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position, but not required).
