Line Lead - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Line Lead to work with a leading company in the production sector in New Albany.

Shift Patterns

Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm
Monday - Friday 11pm-7am

Pay Rates

18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Able to lead and work alongside a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Able to remain on feet for extended periods during the shift.
Able to lift and move products or materials when needed.
Pay close attention to detail and check product quality throughout production.
Complete required paperwork and production records accurately.
Comfortable giving direction and working with others when needed.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Oversee daily production line operations.
