Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver outcome-driven, patient-centered rehab across post-acute, outpatient, or home-based settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and partner facilities, document progress using EMR systems, and educate patients and caregivers.
