Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Coverage area includes Livonia and Downriver teams
• May be asked to support additional coverage within an hour radius based on referrals
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
• On call: None
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
• Interview process: Teams/Video Call
