Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start
• Physical Therapist credential verification required to start
• New graduates not accepted
• Hepatitis B required
• TB required
• Flu required
• Tdap required

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Schedule structure: 5x8s.
• Coverage is split between 2 outpatient clinics with a consistent location and schedule.
• Floating required between 2 clinics.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Patient volume is 50 to 55 visits per week, with approximately 10 to 12 patients per day.
• Evaluation times are 1 hour.
• Cases include outpatient musculoskeletal, low back pain, post-operative, geriatric, vestibular, and deconditioned patients.
• Patient population includes all ages except children ages 0 to 6.
