Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2210 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 1 month of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: CBI experience is required. TURP experience is required. PCA experience is required. Plastic surgery experience is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Bariatric experience preferred. Aneurysm experience preferred. EVD experience preferred. BiPAP experience preferred.

Unit Details: The unit receives admissions from the ED, trauma surgery, and general surgery. The unit no longer handles open-heart cases. Patients include adolescents age 14 and older; a parent must be present. There is no CRNA in-house; an NP is present during the day. No titratable drips are used on the unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Holiday coverage is required every other holiday.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
