Full job description
Join an independent hospital that is launching a Urology service line. Work autonomously seeing new patients, making diagnosis, and doing procedures. Dedicated exam rooms and RN and CNA support allow you to focus on patient care. Work with the surgery focused physician to fill a significant need in the community.
Position Highlights:
• Be part of establishing a new service line with high demand
• Practice autonomously seeing new patients, follow up cases, post-op, and procedures
• Flexible schedule, including 4-day work week option
• Excellent facilities with three dedicated exam rooms and a procedure room
• Support staff includes a dedicated RN and CNA
• Epic EMR
Compensation Details:
• Ongoing base salary up to $145,000 plus wRVU production bonus
• Signing bonus, CME stipend, and relocation expenses
• Generous PTO plus comprehensive benefits including retirement match
