Registered Nurse Education Cardiovascular

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiovascular Education to support clinical excellence across our care teams. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate cardiovascular nursing education, orientation, and competency programs for staff. You will assess learning needs, develop evidence-based curricula, and provide bedside coaching on complex cardiovascular patients, equipment, and procedures. You will collaborate with physicians, educators, and leadership to improve outcomes, support quality and safety initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
