Job Description:

As a Senior CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs for our production processes. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all programs are accurate and efficient. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software

- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize programs for production efficiency

- Conduct quality checks on programs and make necessary adjustments

- Troubleshoot and resolve any programming issues that may arise

- Maintain and update program documentation

- Train and mentor junior programmers

- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and implement new techniques to improve programming processes

- Adhere to all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer

- Proficient in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming

- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
