HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Trauma Stepdown PCU team. In this fast-paced unit, you will provide evidence-based care to trauma and high-acuity stepdown patients, perform complex assessments, manage continuous monitoring, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and uphold strict safety and infection control standards.
