REGISTERED NURSE

Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident‑centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN performs assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers medications and treatments, and carefully documents in the EMR. You will collaborate closely with therapists, CNAs, providers, and families to support rehab goals and long‑term care needs while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
