FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based, functional therapy to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under OT supervision, focusing on mobility, ADLs, safety, and fall prevention. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, document in an EMR, and contribute to positive outcomes.
