Executive Chef – Senior Living Community

Are you a passionate culinary leader who believes every meal should be an exceptional dining experience? We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for a premier senior living community in Cleveland.
Responsibilities
- Lead all kitchen operations, food production, and culinary team development.
- Create seasonal, restaurant-quality menus that meet resident preferences and nutritional needs.
- Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety.
- Oversee catering, special events, and community celebrations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience.
- MUST HAVE SENIOR LIVING EXPERIENCE!!!
- Background in senior living, healthcare, hotels, country clubs, or upscale/high-volume restaurants.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, inventory, and food cost management skills.
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually
- Comprehensive Medical (HMO/PPO) with employee contributions of 20% or less
