Telemetry RN

Cone Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Telemetry unit. In this role, you will provide evidence-based care to adult cardiac patients, including continuous telemetry monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and timely intervention. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and document accurately in the EMR. Working within a collaborative, patient-centered team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to quality and process-improvement initiatives.
