Assistant Nurse Manager - Integrated Spine Unit
Position Overview
Join our innovative Integrated Spine Unit, a newly established inpatient specialty unit designed to bring together neurologic and orthopedic spine patients in one centralized location. This unique model allows for standardized, high-quality care regardless of surgeon specialty while providing nurses with the opportunity to develop expertise across both orthopedic and neurologic disciplines.
Schedule & Incentives
- Shift: Evening and/or Night Shift
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts
- Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 available for eligible external candidates

The Assistant Nurse Manager provides administrative support to Nurse Managers and direct reports. This includes coordinating patient care, performance management of direct reports, equipment purchasing/management, and statistical accumulation.
