Restaurant General Manager

Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy General Manager for our high-end regional cuisine inspired restaurant concept. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory and controlling costs.

General Manager Requirements

• Manage Inventory and all related systems
• Manage and Control Costs
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and drive sales
• Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu

General Manager Qualifications

• 4+ years of General Manager experience with sales of $7M or more
• Tenure of 2+ years
• Ability to build relationships with vendors
• Understand a P&L and daily administration
• Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
