Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this hands-on role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence in daily activities. Responsibilities include carrying out individualized treatment plans, leading therapeutic activities, training in ADLs and mobility, documenting progress, and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.
