This facility is seeking a/an (insert Job Title) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: 8a-5p, Monday - Wednesday; can be negotiable if providers have different availability.

· Practice Setting: Outpatient

· Type of cases and required procedures: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology infusion center

· Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Certifications required: Board certification, Basic Life Support

· Licensure required: Active Oregon medical license and Drug Enforcement Administration license
