Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist at Lee Health will assess and treat patients across the care continuum to improve functional independence and quality of life. In this mission-driven, patient-centered role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in the EMR while contributing to safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a large, community-focused health system.
