This facility is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; No weekends; No call

Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic

Types of Cases: Primary eye care, comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens care, ocular disease evaluation and management

Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days

Electronic Medical Record: Epic

Certifications Required: Board Certified Optometrist

Licensure Required: Louisiana license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact license
